My stay at the Residence Inn was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, while decent in size, felt outdated and had some cleanliness issues. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch with friendly and extremely helpful staff. The location was convenient, but the dining options left something to be desired.

The rooms were of an older design and seemed to be well past their prime. There were cleanliness issues like what appeared to be blood on the bathroom door. The location of my room next to the elevator motor and equipment room was not ideal.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. However, there was a slight hiccup with finding our reservation initially.
